Our services cover a range of agency and statutory roles; from acting on behalf of Building Owners for serving Party Wall Notices to acting as an appointed Party Wall Surveyor to resolve disputes between neighbours, clarifying required particular legal steps under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
Party Wall Notices
Serving Party Wall Notices on behalf of the Building Owner under specific section the Act. Advising and acting for the Adjoining Owner who have been served a Party Wall Notice.
Party Wall Awards
Liaising with neighbours, creating Party Wall Awards, outlining the rights and obligations of each party. Finalising the exact time and manner of execution of works in accordance with the Act.
Paperwork Corrections
We are able to check and rectify any paperworks relating to the project, as well as overseeing architectural drawings to ensure that you are equipped with the correct material.
Schedule of Conditions
Preparing detailed written reports of conditions of Adjoining Owners' properties prior to any building works commencing. Undertaking extensive property inspections during the process.
